Not too long afterward your moss will start giving you problems and will retreat.

Everybody who's tried to grow a moss garden knows this. Well, at least those that don't live in the PNW. ;-)Alanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13393082652312828458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5531935909912747730.post-32790858235675483212011-02-18T16:02:25.986-08:002011-02-18T16:02:25.986-08:00Ahhh.... the moss! We used to tease that if you stood still long enough, moss would grow on you. I actually loved the moss in my gardens. But on the houses and rooftops? No. We would power wash all the outside surfaces including the driveway once a year. Also installed a moss deterrent strip Carolyn ♥https://www.blogger.com/profile/05722229442110193733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5531935909912747730.post-73669231266188699112011-02-18T05:52:38.038-08:002011-02-18T05:52:38.038-08:00Nice post! I think its a loosing battle with the moss, they love your shady garden maybe, so tolerance and acceptance are so much better than an all out battle to scrape them off! Unless of course they clog your drain or do damage to your house.p3chandanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11103679390426867817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5531935909912747730.post-2105328117237939782011-02-15T23:24:04.293-08:002011-02-15T23:24:04.293-08:00I have too, moss in my garden, and it is so beauti...I have too, moss in my garden, and it is so beautiful.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15292477659593929167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5531935909912747730.post-57957759724471338582011-02-15T22:31:10.461-08:002011-02-15T22:31:10.461-08:00lovely post and tolerating and accepting what natu...lovely post and tolerating and accepting what nature brings us is half the battle...moss is beautiful and love it in the garden....love the blog and what a cute name...my brother lived in Seattle for quite a few yrs and I always loved visiting although you are in the running for the most gray days with Syracuse, Ny which is where I live so I know of which you speak in the title of the blog...can&Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13420133886162844400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5531935909912747730.post-56879073562661988022011-02-15T19:21:03.189-08:002011-02-15T19:21:03.189-08:00This was a cute moss tribute post. I have to admit I came to your blog because of your fun blog name, but I found your writing fun to read. I will be back too. I also gave you five picks and hope you make the list as a result.
