This wonderful trunk has had high traffic daily use in my busy family room for the last 4yrs...and its still going strong!! My boys are now 6 & 9yrs and if it can stand up to these two as a toy chest it will still be around for future generations to come. This is the one piece of furniture that no matter what style has come and gone it works. Its a great transitional piece and as a designer its important when you change the decor as much as I do. The nicks and scratches add to the character and it still looks as good as the day we bought it...LOVE it!!

  1. sturdy and reliable are two words that describe a good bloke too - with or without or trunks ;)
p.s. Julia - your blog looks so different (love the background)so am wondering if I have forgotten how great it is or whether you've changed it and if it was some time ago means my visit was well overdue
